About this copy
Plot Synopsis: The story centers on a grieving mother, Molly Gabriel, whose twenty-year-old son, Joey, disappeared five years prior during a sailing trip. While his empty sailboat washed ashore on the rocks, his body was never recovered. Haunted by the fact that Joey was a highly experienced sailor who vanished under completely calm sea conditions, Molly returns to the rugged shores of Cornwall to uncover the truth. Refusing to accept that he is truly gone, she joins forces with Joey's best friend, Ben, to reconstruct exactly what happened on that fateful day.
